Randall Kubin is an insulator for Brand Energy and Infrastructure Systems and is currently enrolled in the Insulator Level 3 NCCER training course. Kubin is a Navy veteran, having served from 1999-2004. During his time in the Navy, he built underwater mines, where safety was absolutely critical.

Randal Kubin is a national safety award winner, having won the First Place Safety in Insulation award at the 2015 National Craft Championships.

Before Kubin worked for Brand, he was a Civil Engineer, a Mineral Researcher, and after the oil crash of 2008, a waiter.

Randall Kubin was born in Houston and currently lives in the small town of Highlands, TX with his girlfriend and their three daughters. When he is not at the plant, he likes to listen to music and work on his sketches. He has owned and operated Hand Drawn Photos for 7 years.
