Construction Career Chart

We thought that now the new school year has started and a number of teachers and counselors are meeting to give students of all levels an overview of the various careers they might pursue, we would show you some possibilities in the industry – a roadmap from elementary school into an exciting career.

This particular chart was prepared by the Associated General Contractors organization as part of their efforts to educate students about the career possibilities in the industry.  This one is a good general overview, but the variety of roles possible are amazing.  We will dig a little deeper into some of those roles as we move forward through the school year.
