The Houston/Texas Gulf Coast Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) hosted its 30th Annual Commercial Expo at the Westin Galleria Hotel in Houston on Tuesday. Jim Kollaer, managing director of Kollaer Advisors, LLC and Construction Citizen blogger was the moderator of the panel of developers who were featured at the event. During the keynote session, Kollaer announced that Construction Citizen was holding a drawing for an iPad Mini, and that the winner would be announced today, April 4 with the release of our weekly email newsletter.
