Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing was presented with the opportunity to be featured on The Builders’ Table Podcast. Bradley Rowan, Director of Training & Development, and Lyle Coston, Vice President & General Manager in Houston participated in Episode 59 of the podcast alongside Jennifer Wilkerson from National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), who interviewed them.
Bradley and Lyle were asked a variety of questions. They started it off by discussing both of their career paths and talking about who Chamberlin is as a whole. The podcast then transitions into talking about how Chamberlin employees are responding to the different NCCER courses being offered, as well as their accomplishments and key takeaways. From here they also discussed the highs and lows experienced in the construction industry, importance of recruiting and training employees, as well as workforce development.
