Diane Greene is the former Executive Director of the Build Your Future initiative at NCCER where she worked for 11 years before her retirement. She managed the day-to-day operations for the initiative, which focuses on recruitment, training and placement of candidates into the construction industry. She has over 25 years of experience in human resources and training, almost exclusively in the education and construction industries.
