The PENETRATOR Mobile Fall Protection by Tie Down is the only portable fall protection device with OSHA-compliant safe work zones, and is compliant with OSHA Fall Protection Regulation 1926.502.
The Tie Down Penetrator 2+2 mobile fall protection system offers both portability and compact design and is shipped jobsite ready on a standard pallet with retractable handles that pin into place.
The Penetrator 2+2 provides fall protection for two fall arrests and two fall restraints or a total of four workers. When a fall occurs, the powerful penetrating spikes engage, piercing through a roof membrane, insulation, and metal decking, thereby creating a safe, secure fall-arrest anchor.
Furthermore, the Penetrator 2+2 is made for use on most substrates, EXCLUDING concrete, and has been tested for use on Built-Up, TPO, ISO, PVC, EPDM, and other standard materials that are part of a finished roof system. The Penetrator 2+2 is reusable, and comprises a gross weight of 420 lbs with ballasts.
