TXRX Labs, a non-profit in Houston, typically provides creative workspaces to its members along with workforce training opportunities to the community, but with the rise of COVID-19 cases, they are now exclusively focused on manufacturing the much needed personal protective equipment (PPE) for healthcare workers. Some of the PPE currently being made includes face shields, replacement N95 respirators, replacement Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPR), and substitute Tyvek suits.

TXRX is raising money and looking for additional volunteers to help out in their effort. Volunteers can help in areas such as material sourcing, 3D printing, sewing, and laser cutting operations. Additionally, TXRX is looking for drivers to pick up and deliver PPE and supplies.
