Program Launch Alert: C3 EMERGE Starts July 15th!

We are excited to officially announce the launch of our C3 EMERGE Program on July 15th, 2025! This workforce development initiative is designed to help qualifying commercial construction companies grow into Accredited Employers, raising the bar for safety, workforce development, and operational excellence across the industry.

Supporting Emerging Employers

The EMERGE Program equips small and historically underutilized businesses (SBE, HUB, MWBE, and others) with a clear, supportive path toward strengthening their talent management practices and workforce culture. Over the course of the year-long program, participants will complete structured sessions on Driving Business Results Through Talent Management, engage in Mentoring for Craft Professionals, work toward earning their Craft Training Endorsement, and commit to hiring from C3-sponsored career fairs. Participation in EMERGE is designed to help eliminate financial and operational barriers to workforce development progress.

Key Program Milestones

The program kicks off with a Welcome Orientation on July 15th, 2025, and continues with a series of key events and milestones throughout the year, including training sessions, volunteer opportunities, and career fairs. One of the highlights of the program is our Quarterly Speaker Series, where industry leaders share insights and expertise with our EMERGE participants.
