Using this lightweight, multi-use 20V MAX* 1-1/2 in. DeWalt Cordless Pruner tool, you can enjoy cutting flowers, trimming bushes, or clipping unwanted branches in less time and with less strain. The new DeWalt pruner delivers up to 1,100 cuts per charge with a 1-1/2 in. cut capacity for cutting through even thick stems or shrubs.
The DeWalt pruner weighs only 3 lbs. (tool only), and therefore, was specifically designed to make tough jobs simpler and easier to perform.
Specifically, the pruner requires 16 times less effort on average to make cuts than a manual pruner, according to the DeWalt website.
Furthermore, the on-board LED lights provide strong illumination for working and cutting in dark areas. Additional conveniences include the pruner’s non-stick, coated blades that enable simple, smooth cuts and blades can easily be switched out with the included change tool. Battery sold separately.
“Works great. It's nice not to have to switch between loppers and pruners. Saves a lot of time. I used the 5.0 ah but I didn't need to. Four hours pruning everything up to the capacity of the jaws, and still had full bars,” explained one satisfied user.
