Milwaukee has unveiled its new MX FUEL™ Backpack Concrete Vibrator which provides users with consistent starts and reliable pours with power to push up to 2-1/2" heads with no gas headaches and consolidating up to 70 yds³ per charge with a 1-1/2" head and 7-ft shaft. The MILWAUKEE® MX FUEL™ Backpack Concrete Vibrator comprises a POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor that delivers power to push up to a 2-1/2" head at more than 11,000 VPM for optimal consolidation, even in the stiffest concrete.
Furthermore, the MX FUEL™ REDLITHIUM™ battery pack provides instant power with no gas headaches and requires no regular maintenance, and produces less noise, and zero emissions for a safer workspace, indoors or outdoors. The push-button start delivers immediate power, thereby reducing downtime.
The new Milwaukee battery-powered backpack vibrator is compatible with all MX FUEL™ REDLITHIUM™ batteries, and the modular design enables easy removal of the backpack harness for walls and columns. The CP203 battery recharges in 45 minutes and the XC406 battery recharges in 90 minutes.
The MX FUEL™ Backpack Concrete Vibrator accepts whips up to 21 ft long without sacrificing power, and the wireless remote enables the machine to be started from up to 30 feet away. Additionally, REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence ensures optimal performance and provides overload protection to protect the machine and battery during tough applications.
Additionally, the MILWAUKEE® MX FUEL™ Backpack Concrete Vibrator is ONE-KEY™ compatible. Ultimately, ONE-KEY™ technology enables a digital catalog of tools to keep up with transfers and service, or even share information in real-time with field personnel.
Equipment can be tracked, managed, and secured via a mobile device or computer using the industry’s largest Bluetooth® community tracking network. Equipment tampering can be stopped with the remote lockout capability.
