A Sustainable Workforce Starts With You

Griesenbeck Brings Installation In-House; Moving Away from Third-Party Subcontract Installers

Houston, TX  - Griesenbeck is proud to announce that its transition to in-house labor is complete.

The Griesenbeck management team made the commitment three years ago to employ, train and equip its own installation crews. This philosophy represents a huge shift from the subcontract labor model the company employed for the previous 50 years of business. In addition to hiring more team members, this move has included substantial investments in vehicles, tools, employee training and ongoing career development programs.

Griesenbeck has also reorganized to create two new management positions. Jason Ward has been promoted to Director of Field Operations and Joe Carroll to General Superintendent. Both men are tenured employees with Griesenbeck that provide vital field experience along with many years of exposure to the specialty construction trade.

“I feel strongly that building an in-house installation team will make our delivery process stronger, more efficient, and create accountability for quality and deadlines that you don’t see with third party installers. Our goal is to improve the service we provide to our customers and build a sustainable workforce.,” says President, Tanner Spears.
