Katrina Kersch is the Senior Director and Chief Operations Officer for NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research) . She was previously the Director of Workforce Development for Marek Family of Companies.  Her background also includes serving as director of education for a contractor’s association.  Katrina has been involved in training and workforce development since 1994 and has served on numerous advisory councils and committees including chairman of the Associated Builders and Contractor’s National Director’s of Education Council.
