Katrina Kersch is the Director of Workforce Development for Marek Family of Companies. Her background includes serving as director of education for a contractor’s association. She has been involved in training and workforce development since 1994 and has served on numerous advisory councils and committees including chairman of the Associated Builders and Contractor’s National Director’s of Education Council. She currently serves as Chairman of the NCCER’s (National Center for Construction Education and Research) Workforce Development Advisory Council.
